Trained at the École Belge de Sophrologie Dynamique®, Isaure went further studying Sophrology adapted to Children. Sophrology helps children getting around with the others, apprehending their own body, manage their emotions. Isaure has also trained with GP and sophrologist Yann Lecoz who taught in his masterclass how to prevail when one finds out about his MS, and to (re)organize one’s life after the announcement of the diagnosis (health, food, sophrology).
